General Community Information

The Boulevard is a luxury apartment community in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, located just off Coleman Boulevard and less than one mile from Shem Creek. Residents enjoy convenient access to Downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island, Isle of Palms, Patriots Point, waterfront dining, boutique shopping, grocery stores, and major employers throughout the Charleston area.

You can schedule an in-person or self-guided tour directly through our website or by emailing TheBoulevard@Greystar.com. We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure personalized service. A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon arrival.

Applying is simple through our online leasing portal. You can view our floor plans and available apartment homes on our Floor Plans page, then complete the Lease Now application. Apartment homes are leased on a first-come, first-served basis. Application fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available apartment home, subject to availability.

Prior to move-in day, you'll receive a Welcome Letter outlining everything you need to know before your arrival, along with a Move-In Checklist. On move-in day, our onsite team will provide a community orientation, answer any questions, and issue your apartment keys. 

The Boulevard offers a variety of lease term options based on current availability. Please contact our leasing office for current lease term availability and pricing.

No. All apartment homes at The Boulevard are leased unfurnished. Residents who are interested in furnished living have the option to rent or purchase furniture and other household items through a third-party provider of their choice. 

Apartment Living

Residents are responsible for electricity through Dominion Energy and internet service through AT&T. Water and sewer services are conveniently billed through the resident portal.

AT&T provides internet service to The Boulevard. 

Valet trash service is provided Sunday through Thursday during evening hours. Residents also have access to community trash and recycling areas for added convenience. 

Residents can securely pay rent online through the resident portal, where they can also manage utility payments and account information. 

Routine maintenance requests can be submitted anytime through the resident portal

Community Amenities

Residents enjoy a variety of premium amenities, including two resort-style pools, a 24-hour renovated fitness center, a rentable furnished studio guest suite, a Bark Park and pet wash station, a 24/7 micro-market and vending machine, and convenient on-site retail.

Yes. To help everyone enjoy our shared spaces, residents and guests are expected to follow community guidelines. Smoking is prohibited in amenity areas, glass containers are not permitted around shared spaces, and pets must remain leashed unless inside the Bark Park.

Parking & Community Access

Resident parking is available on an unassigned basis and is included in the Jabbers Drive and Pherigo Street parking garages.
Reserved surface-level parking spaces are available on Elbow Alley for a monthly fee, subject to availability.
Guest parking for residents is available in the Pherigo Street Garage and can be accessed using the community call box system.

Yes. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations are available in multiple convenient locations throughout the community.

Public EV charging stations are available in the retail section of the Jabbers Drive Garage.

Additional EV charging stations are located beyond the gated entry in the Pherigo Street Garage and are reserved exclusively for residents and their guests.

Yes. Elevator access is available in Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 6, providing convenient access to upper-level apartment homes. 

Buildings 4 and 5 are three-story walk-up buildings without elevator access.

The Boulevard provides controlled, fobless access throughout the community.

Residents use unique PIN or Bluetooth credentials for access to Buildings 1, 2, 3, and 6, community amenities, and the Pherigo Garage. Buildings 4 and 5, along with apartment homes, are accessible with traditional hard keys.

The Jabbers Garage is restricted to residents with authorized long-range parking stickers only.

Guests must park exclusively in the Pherigo Garage using the designated guest drive-thru lane and call box access.

Packages are delivered to our Package Room and Amazon Hub located in Building 6 within the Pherigo Street Garage. Residents have 24-hour access to retrieve deliveries at their convenience. 

Pet-Friendly Living

Absolutely! The Boulevard welcomes up to two pets per apartment home. Residents enjoy access to a Bark Park, pet wash station, and convenient open air areas throughout the community.
